For one night only, Saint Kate Executive Chef Heskeith Flavien brings the soul of St. Lucia to the table with Flavors of Home, an intimate chef-led dining experience limited to just 16 guests. Blending storytelling with elevated Caribbean cuisine, this multi-course dinner is a celebration of heritage, memory, and the dishes that shaped Chef Heskeith’s life long before he stepped into professional kitchens.
Excited to share the flavors and stories of his home with guests at Saint Kate, Chef Heskeith has created a menu that highlights the bold, vibrant spirit of Caribbean cuisine through a refined contemporary approach. Expect tropical ingredients, layered spices, delicate seafood preparations, and rich island-inspired flavors—all paired with thoughtfully selected beverages designed to elevate the experience.

Omakase (お任せ) translates to “I leave it up to you”—a dining experience where every dish is a surprise, thoughtfully crafted by the chef. For these exclusive events, our expert Sushi Chef, Tou Vang, will prepare each course right before your eyes, guiding you through a journey of the freshest ingredients and bold, artful flavors.
Each omakase experience will feature an average of 14 courses, primarily sushi, but also including a curated selection of luxury and cooked items to elevate the evening even further.
